Eva Amurri has something she’d like to get off her chest: Keep your comments to yourself.
Because while some had critiques about the strapless, bustier-style gown she wore for her and chef Ian Hock’s June 29 wedding, the lifestyle blogger—whose parents are Susan Sarandon and director Franco Amurri—absolutely loved the Kim Kassas design.
“To anyone scandalized by my breasts not being ‘put away,'" she captioned a snap from their vows before posting another picture zoomed in on her chest, “feel free to screenshot this for later.”
Needless to say, she won’t let any haters—or even Mother Nature—rain on her parade.
“It was really the most special day filled with so so much love and the most incredible energy,” the 39-year-old said of their wedding, which took place at Windrift Hall in New York's Hudson Valley. “The rain (which I stressed about for a week) ended up being perfect.”
Indeed, Eva—who shares kids Marlowe Mae, 9, Major James, 7, and Mateo Antoni, 4, with ex-husband Kyle Martino—certainly found the silver lining.
“Even though we took all our photos in the pouring ran, had to move our ceremony at the last minute, and my ‘hairstyle’ I worked on for two hours was a moot point,” she wrote on Instagram, “It was the best reminder that you get exactly what you’re supposed to, and everything works out. Also, everyone’s skin was GIVINGGGG in the rain, honeyyyyy lol.”
In the end, their big day was nothing short of magic.
"We were surrounded by so much love," the Happily Eva After founder shared. "The day felt like time stood still for us. Joy was abundant. So many happy tears. Our families came together into a perfectly imperfect blended bubble of love and memories."
"And to my magical husband," she continued, "you are my deepest wish, granted. Forever starts now!!!!!!"
